Who is HFIHC?

Healing Foundations In Home Counseling (HFIHC) is a private practice owned and operated by Kelley Hall, MA, LPC. The concept and idea of Healing Foundations In Home Counseling was created after her internship work in the Hospice arena. Kelley identified an additional need in patients and their family members who were having a difficult time coping with their illness and/or suffering with grief and loss. Patients and family members who are unable or unwilling to travel to an office environment, benefit from an in home counseling experience. In home counseling allows patients a natural and comfortable environment to disclose feelings, thoughts, and emotions while allowing the counselor an in depth analysis of client’s overall issues through the interaction of their family members and their overall living environment. She is able to bond with the client and family almost immediately, and inevitably, as a member of the family system.
